Nick Millican Witnesses Historic Home Sale

Nick Millican has never been a stranger to historic home deals. As a member of the housing market industry, he has observed many such transactions. Since the founding of London in the United Kingdom centuries ago, the doings of the rich have been commonplace.

However, in some ways, all around the world, recent home sales are one that may actually count as achieving a historic rank. As Nick Millican has observed, the home of the so-called “Queen of Drury Lane” has come back onto the market. This is an event that has been many years in the offing.

Up to now, the home in Hampstead home has received a provisional list price that has been valued at a figure of £7.35 million. Whether the property will really sell for this price remains to be seen. However, Nick Millican adds, it is known that the prospective sale of the property, known to the public by the name of Capo di Monte, will have to include several key elements.

These will be the prerequisites that must be in place before the sale can proceed. Among them will be the need to procure planner permission in order to greatly extend the current basement level (Crunchbase).

To hear experts like Nick Millican tell it, these will be far from the only upgrades that the planners will require. The home itself has been one that has gone down in history as being owned by an illustrious local personage. Whether this has enough clout in and of itself to guarantee the fulfillment of a huge asking price is anyone’s guess.
