History & Growth

 

Joe Fagan, the founder of Happy Joe’s Pizza & Ice Cream Parlor, started the business in 1990. He built the American Pizza Parlor around his family, which helped him succeed in everything he did. The history of Happy Joe’s shows that after he started it up, his son Mark, now 47 years old and a member of the 4th generation at the restaurant, took over in 1992 for a short period until Joe took it back over. 

 

In 2000, Mark, still in the fast food business to this day, started working with his dad. When Joe was 70 years old, he began to train his sons and his son’s sons. It is a family business that has gotten that reputation for being around for 27 years.
